Shipping
How long does shipping take to the US?
Standard delivery to the United States takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes 2–5 business days for production and 5–9 business days for shipping. We fulfill all orders through Printful, one of the world's leading print-on-demand providers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — follow us at @vexr.wear for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (typically USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location) to monitor your shipment in real time.
Why does my order show "unfulfilled" for a few days?
Each VEXR item is produced on demand just for you. After you place an order, our production team at Printful typically needs 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and package your item before it ships. This is normal — your order is in production, not delayed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving confirmation from our team.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 additional business days).
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange. Please note that because each piece is printed on demand, exchanges are fulfilled as new orders and the original item must be returned.
Product Quality
What materials are VEXR products made from?
We use premium blanks from leading manufacturers. Our hoodies are made from heavyweight 50/50 cotton-polyester fleece for durability and comfort. Our tees use soft ring-spun cotton or cotton-polyester blends. Women's leggings and sports bras use recycled polyester-spandex blends engineered for performance.
Are VEXR products printed or embroidered?
VEXR products use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for the majority of designs, and embroidery on our embroidered collections (look for "embroidered" in the product name). DTG printing delivers vibrant, long-lasting color that holds up wash after wash.
Will the print fade after washing?
No, if you follow care instructions. Always wash in cold water, inside-out, and tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print. Proper care will keep your VEXR pieces looking fresh for years.
Why do logo colors look slightly different between colorways?
Our garments come in multiple base colors (black, white, sand, etc.), and the logo printing is calibrated for each base. Minor variations in appearance between colorways are intentional — each Black V, Gold V, and Khaki V is designed as a distinct aesthetic expression.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement, before production begins. After that, the order enters our production queue and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately via our contact page if you need to make changes.
Do you offer discounts for military, first responders, or students?
