At VEXR, we stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition with all tags still attached
- Be free from odors, stains, or signs of use
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Accessories (hats, bags, water bottles) that have been used
- Items damaged due to improper washing or care
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Print-on-Demand Notice
Because each VEXR item is produced individually on demand when your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size if the size was available at checkout. We strongly encourage you to consult our Size Guide before ordering. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Contact page or email us directly.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Once authorized, ship your item(s) to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost and cover all return shipping for the defective item.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as new orders. Return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
